Yeshayahu (Isaiah) — Perek 32

The reign of a righteous king, the warning to complacent women, and the transformation of the wilderness by the poured-out spirit.

A righteous king will rule with justice, serving as a shelter from the storm and streams of water in a parched land, where fools will no longer be called noble. The prophet warns the complacent and careless women of Yerushalayim that their opulent estates will face devastation within a year. Desolation will persist until the spirit is poured out from on high, turning the desert into a fruitful field and establishing lasting peace.
