The barren woman rejoices with expanded tents, the everlasting covenant of peace like the waters of Noach, and the city built with sapphires.

The barren woman is commanded to sing and expand the curtains of her tent, for the children of the desolate will outnumber the married wife. Hashem reassures Israel that her temporary abandonment is over, promising everlasting kindness through a covenant of peace as unshakable as the oath of the waters of Noach. Tzion will be rebuilt with sapphires and rubies, and no weapon forged against her will prosper.
