Yeshayahu (Isaiah) — Perek 55

The universal invitation to the waters of Torah, the everlasting Davidic covenant, seeking Hashem while He is near, and the fruitful Word.

Everyone who thirsts is invited to come to the water and acquire wine and milk without money or cost, urging them to incline their ear to the everlasting Davidic covenant. Seek Hashem while He may be found and call upon Him while He is near, for His thoughts and ways are infinitely higher than human ways. Just as rain and snow water the earth to yield seed and bread, Hashem's Word will never return empty, bringing joy and causing mountains to burst into song.
