Separation from God caused by societal injustice, the armor of Hashem to execute judgment, and the eternal covenant of Torah.

Hashem's hand is not too short to save nor His ear too heavy to hear, but the community's sins, deceit, and shedding of innocent blood have created a barrier between them and God. Justice is driven backward, and truth stumbles in the public square. Seeing that there is no man to intercede, Hashem dons righteousness as a breastplate and vengeance as a cloak to redeem Tzion, establishing an eternal covenant that His Spirit and words of Torah will never depart from their mouths.
