Seven women seek one man in the aftermath of devastation, followed by the purification and glorious protective canopy over Tzion.

In the wake of devastating war, seven women desperate to remove their reproach beg one surviving man for marriage while providing their own food and clothing. Hashem will wash away the filth of the daughters of Tzion and purge blood from Yerushalayim through a spirit of judgment. A glorious canopy and pillar of cloud and fire will rest over Mount Tzion as a divine shelter against heat and storm.
