CHUPPAH
The potter throws out the broken vases while reshaping new ones for the upcoming wedding of teshuvah
The parable of the potter and the clay demonstrates Hashem's sovereignty over the nations.
Yirmiyahu is sent to a potter's house and sees a spoiled clay vessel being remade. Hashem explains that He can similarly reshape, build, or destroy any nation depending on their repentance or wickedness. The people of Yehudah stubbornly reject this message and plot to kill Yirmiyahu. In response, Yirmiyahu prays for severe retribution against his enemies.
